Message said they didn't match the photos? Photos were above accurate. Buyer should have examined photos better. I ate the cost of everything including flatware and shipping. His flatware had the same name but was different. Obvious difference in the photos. He could have at least offered to return the shipping. All his mistake. I am not Nordstroms or Amazon.
