This shirt is definitely not a MENS 3XL. It is maybe a womens or boys 3XL. See pic for comparison to one of my 3XL shirts. It's not even close. It may be a 3XL in other countries but definitely not in the US.
I contacted the seller and got no reply. I would have been willing to pay to ship it back if the seller would reconsider their "no return" policy since this is OBVIOUSLY not the right size shirt. I feel deceived on the description.
