The mixer works fine albeit filthy on the underside with some long gray hair stuck to it. However, I bought this specifically for the beaters. The end of both beaters are loose from the shanks. They spin about a quarter turn in both directions. This was not mentioned in the description. Hopefully I can repair them. I can use the mixer for spare parts if I ever need them. These were two very easily avoidable issues.
