    Ring was damaged when received, informed seller, took two weeks to receive a refund, too much of a hassle. I believe the seller should have refunded me immediately, then took steps to get his money back.

    Ring was damaged during shipping by the USPS. Buyer refused to provide proof of damage to their local post office as they require to see actual damage before a claim is approved. Took buyer 2 weeks to return the ring so we could provide proof of damage to the post office. The delay was caused by the buyer not willing to provide proof of damage. Buyer has no incentive to return ring once refund is processed so we require return first if buyer unwilling to provide proof to post office
