Is sad I must leave a "neutral" rating for this seller.

If supply chain is an issue, take the products offline. If a customer is offered a tracking number, send it in a timely fashion. The 2 products received (of 3 requested) are fine, but a bummer to have to wait weeks for!! Seller can't be in US, due to reply times/email script. Refund came, but not before multiple requests & more than a month of waiting. Very disappointed in all this. SAD
