The box that the product was delivered in was beat up all to heck. I was apprehensive about whether the Hood Hair Dryer would be damaged or not. It was not and worked when plugged in and started. (Though frankly, it scared the cats who were sniffing it out. Only two cats, don't pass judgement!)
