Good customer service, this seller quickly responded to my offer and to issues once I received these bowls. The problem was with the sellers’ packing, inadequate by any measure but especially for international shipping. Two out of the 5 bowls were broken! But the seller did promptly refund me a portion of my cost, which I am grateful for.
