First off, this item is not as stated 57x115cm, it is actually 55x113cm, pity as my joist gap was 57cm, still, packing out 20mm was easy enough. Excellent quality, and fit was straight forward, I did this on my own with assistance only to hold hatch in place. Springs and fit are precarious but work well, hatch does not fully flush with box (sits slightly proud), seals OK. Pity the latch has an exposed ring and not a recessed catch release. Looks good overall, prompt delivery, good price, cheers.
