    Both Heatsink fans arrive on time and well packaged. They were extremely dirty/oxidized, heatsink compound all over, fins bent out of shape. Neither of the heat sinks came with their backing plates. Pricing would have been perfect if the back plates came with the heatsink, par with a new fan assembly. I asked for a return and was given a refund thanks to EBAY
