I was sent 4 screws and then a series of argumentative messages, including being lied to that only 4 screws in total come from Cisco, and then being told to use eBay return process. This was a selfish waste of my time. I had also purchased from this seller a couple of weeks before, making the attitude even more incredulous. Additionally the brackets were oxidized and absolutely not as described.Reply from: treasure_relocaters- Feedback replied by seller treasure_relocaters.- Feedback replied by seller treasure_relocaters.Edward, didnt like his oxidization level , these are used items edward, they arent rusty, and all look like whats photoed here. yes these units can come with 4 or 8 screws FROM CISCO.each screw holds 25kg weight rated, is your switch over 200kgs? no, of course not, no problem, i offered to post out the extra screws, edward says not good enough, i say return it, im happy to pay $9 return post on an $8 item, and you can wander off and do business elsewhere. Never had a complaint about ears before!
