This sweater had no defects before it was sold to the buyer. Buyer had this item for a while and we are unsure if something may have happened to the item after it was sold to the buyer. As our usual process, we point out all defects if an item comes with defects, there was nothing wrong with this item before it was sent out to the buyer. Buyer messaged us about issue they had with the item but they never attempted to return the item, seemed like they wanted to keep the item and get a refund.
