I owe this seller a great deal of gratitude....I had ordered this item early one morning, before the coffee kicked in. I later then realized the torque range on this item was in in/oz., not in/lbs. which is what I needed. He cheerfully cancelled the transaction on his end, and allowed a refund to PayPal. I could have ended up with a nice tool that I could never use, and then have to go out and buy the proper one! Give him a chance, he's a good guy to deal with!
