This was my first Dell Latitude laptop and I didn't know they required special charging adapters. I don't have a Dell charger and the battery didn't last long enough for me to test all aspects. My testing was hampered by unresponsive keys, which also led to my downfall, because I tried to clean the keyboard. Unfortunately, my arthritic hands broke one of the keys as I was trying to clean it. I'll keep it because I broke it.
