I ordered several different teas, the warehouse personnel or the factory did not include this one when they shipped them all together. The seller refunded my money but takes a long time to reply and process the refund. They get it right or make it right eventually but slower than what I'm used to.

Warehouse personal only sent half of my order of tea. The seller did refund the appropriate amount but it took over a week for them to do it. Communication took 5 days for a reply. Trustworthy seller but don't expect a quick response or fast anything if there's a problem. I have bought a lot of tea from them and they get it right or fix the problem, albeit slower than most are used to. a bit frustrating but I'm satisfied with the outcome.
