I received the product two days ago. A "new" boxed disc version of Adobe Acrobat 2020. It is presently useless as 1) The registration card in the box has a verification code which Adobe support says is not valid, 2) Adobe online support had not been able to help yest, and 3) I have not received a solution (yet?) from the seller. I am retired on fixed income, getting older faster, and am bothered more than I want to be by this experience. Can you, E-Bay, help me get satisfaction?
