Salve, ci dispiace per il disguido che si è creato con il suo ordine, però è anche nostro dovere segnalare che di norma i nostri articoli vengono spediti preso l'indirizzo che ci viene comunicato dall'acquirente, purtroppo nel suo caso specifico abbiamo riscontrato problemi con la società di spedizioni a cui ci siamo appoggiati per la spedizione del suo ordine e siamo stati costretti ad annullare l'ordine (con rimborso immediato) senza creare alcun disagio ulteriore.
