Then sent item in just an envelope....an envelope with no rigid packing. Of course it arrived damaged.....bent with stones popped out. Still fighting to get at least some money refund. Refusing to do full refund and would cost more to foreign ship. They keep emailing random questions or statements but won't actually do a refund. I agreed on half but so far it's been days and they are stalling

I contacted the seller to let them know that the quality, condition and appearance of the item was poor and receive no reply, no recourse. It was not Tibetan turquoise as stated (poor quality). The main stone that was supposed to be Tibetan turquoise immediately fell out of the setting as though it had never been set properly (poor quality). And the stone was not cut nicely - very rudimentary (poor appearance). Don’t think I’ll buy from them again.
