- n***t (3)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe black dots? that hold the keyboard and the plate together is quite sloppy, so I'm guessing it's not sourced straight from an HP supplier(possibly refurbished). Even the HP technician that did the repair thought it was weird as well. But it functionally it is the same as original. Almost everything on the keyboard works, except for the orange LEDs on the F5(mute sound) and F8(mute mic). Idk if it's an issue of the part or some kind of incompatibility, but it's something I can live without.Follow-up from: n***t- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.The the orange LEDs not working was resolved by installed the HP Hotkey Services Driver. So I retract the statement about them not working. Everything does work like a genuine part.
