These are not new, the only remanufacturing that happened was a cleaning on the outside and possibly resurfaced the sheave faces. These would not seal and function when bench tested and upon disassembly they were FULL of debris and buildup and still have original worn out seals. I attempted to salvage them and installed new seals and an upgraded piston but the pulleys still don't respond properly once installed. Not worth the money.

Seller has contacted and is issuing a replacement. They are good to deal with and appear to have a strong desire to keep their customers satisfied. I will gladly remove this negative review upon receiving the replacement parts order.
