    These capacitors are being used in a project. Capacitors pass ac but block dc. They appear to use current even though they don't pass dc. The plates charge and discharge with ac making the appearance of being a conductor. They are used extensively in electronics for tank circuits, filters , decoupling and other applications. I thank the seller for their business with me. The shipping time, item description, etc. were great! A++ seller!
