I get a lot of these kinds of old stock chips off ebay / aliexpress and usually they are plastic wrapped / stacked in a paper envelope (pins on bent, a couple are don't work, all have signs of previous usage like label residue or old solder). Was very pleasantly surprised when these came in a correctly sized electrostatic tube, every single one was in factory new condition, and most importantly, no duds. Fantastic, will definitely check here first for eproms and eeproms next time.
