But shipping took much longer than indicated and seller initially did not communicate the delay or reply to a message asking for an update once the item was already late. Then Ebay stepped in after I requested a refund and the seller became very communicative and the item arrived soon thereafter. It’s an overseas order and there might have been complexities with shipping as a result but better communication would have helped.
