You have order normal plush toy not personalised, if you want to order with text you have to pick 100/80/50 cm personalised . Otherwise your order will be shipped as normal. As ebay dont allow us to remove the personalised text box even if you select non personalised option. We did message with this information and we didn't get any reply and as eBay policy and out description we had to ship the item.
