My cleaner arrived a few days after the estimated time. There was a slight problem with delivery as I did not have a fork truck. The company called me from Beijing China to see what was wrong and if they could help. I went to the place of shipment and picked up the machine got it home, opened it up and it was in perfect condition. I could not be more satisfied with the customer service, and the concern that was shown while the machine was being delivered.
