The packaging was absolutely ridiculous. I had to use a scissors, knife and box cutters to get it open. How many different envelopes do you have to use? Items can get damaged when you make the buyer go through this process to get things open. Keep the packaging simple or just use a box. Think it would reduce the shipping cost too and people's time is always valuable.
