    I had an urgent need that this seller could satisfy because their postage was next day delivery. They used DHL Premier 24, trouble is DHL totally messed up; I asked the seller to chase, they didn’t. So I did. Given DHL's failure (which DHL accepted 100%) and the inconvenience it caused me, I asked the seller to get a full refund from DHL and pass that on to me, again they did nothing, in fact they totally ignored me. Unprofessional and rude!
