    Just to clarify, the item description stated REBUILT, however the Ebay section with drop down options stated NEW- obviously an error on our part- this part isn't available new anywhere, which it why we opt to rebuild so the customers can then use their door lock. Also, I sent you a $25 refund as an apology for our error, along with the option for a cancel/refund. Thank you for being understanding- I just need to clarify based on your comment that makes it seem like we are not truthful. Thanks!
