Whenever I got them I got confused on why the little rubber accessory wasn't included with it as shown in the picture. Other than that nitpick aside the controllers work perfectly fine, the shipping process took a couple of weeks and it's understandable as for why since it's getting shipped from Japan. All and all I'm very satisfied with my purchase ππ
