I offered to buy 2 right control arm from him. the price for the bottom was higher than the previous one. poor communication unwillingness to solve the problem. why should I deal with selling their parts and now I have to buy the same ones from them at a higher price. it's not fair. this is unacceptable. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

One of the items busted through the packing during shipping (USPS) and I only received one hood support. Contacted Customer support and they got back to me right away! I sent them pictures of the packaging and the missing support. They reviewed and promptly sent out another support! A+++ all around! Stand up company!

The heater hose for my Mercedes was a little smaller than original, so when I notified them , they issued a refund immediately and told me I didn’t have to ship the old part back to the seller and the price was very reasonable. I would certainly trust and order from them again. A great company!!!
