If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by eBay messages at any time between 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday to Friday) within 14 days after you received the item. We will issue you an authorization number for return, and you will get the refund less shipping fee within 14 business day. Please note: “All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.”
Any products that have been used are subject to restocking fee. The restocking fee percentage will depend on the condition of the returned products. The defective products are eligible for free exchange and no restocking fee will be applied.

A. Buyer does not want or need the item.

C. Item Quality problem:
1). Buyer need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
2). Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.
D. We shipped the wrong item
1). Return items must be in original condition.
2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 7 days after the item arrived
3). We would be under the responsibility to issue you full refund or send you a new product, once the returned item is received for our inspection and evaluation.
E. Shipping damage:
We only use top service shipping company. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number; we will help you to get the compensation from shipping company as soon as possible.
PS: All return and exchange must be authorized by the seller. Direct return without authorization is not protected by EBAY. It cannot be verified and cannot be refunded. The buyer must contact the seller before returning the goods. And the carrier must be used to return the goods.
