Listing shows it is a USA seller and item was supposedly in West Virginia. USPS Tracking shows it is awaiting item from shipping partner YPWL. I learned YPWL" in the context of shipping often refers to Yanwen Logistics, so the item is not in USA and is coming from China. Ebay need to stop allowing these sellers to mislead buyers claiming to be in USA. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER !!
