THE AREA TO PUT THE BATTERIES IN, THE SPRING IS SO LONG YOU CAN HARDLY GET THE BATTERIES IN. THE BATTERIES GET VERY HOT BUT THE PRODUCT WILL NOT WORK. I KNOW IT'S GETTING CONNECTION BECAUSE THE BATTERIES ARE GETTING HOT BUT THE WHEEL DOES NOT TURN. THE SIDES THAT CONNECTED TOGETHER OR SPLIT APART.
