- w***w (1)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseIf you are buying this lower chute as a replacement for a John Deere OEM chute you may have to swap out the rubber grommet with the one that came with the original one. I found the new rubber grommet was much too stiff and wouldn’t allow me to stretch it far enough to clip on to the mower deck. I also had to cut the upper lip of the chute a little bit to fit around the blade guard. Aside from this minor retro fit the replacement chute performs as expected
