    Poor design... Bottom drain leaks yet I get some nonsense that he sold a load of them without issue. He did try to be helpful in saying he would send out some new seals but when asked for a return he ignored me so eBay got involved and refunded the item. He then made out it wasn't returned in the same condition... i wasn't going to leave feedback but given the cheek I'll leave my experience through feedback. I'm sure he will reply to my feedback like he did someone else being obnoxious.

    You are so vindictive! So you buy a descaler and return it because you say it leaks(at are cost). We told you to tighten up the cap, but you still return. We received it back, and you dare to return it without the new set of pump washers (you sent back your old, worn, and bleached ones), and you used the Oust! The descaler was tested and didn't leak! And you think we shouldn't have reported you to ebay?
