      Had one defective spark plug and they would not send new one after spending 200+ dollars on a kit instead asked me for a bunch of paperwork and re routed me to original manufacture warranty for the exchange.

      We contacted the buyer as soon as he reported the issue. The buyer was asked to provide us with the certified mechanics' installation report as it's always needed in cases the items are defective, in order to check if they were treated properly during the installation. We can't control the damages made or additional costs the buyers have while installing or using the purchased items.
