Founding same photos on another platform is not a big deal. If I didn't have any product I didn't able to make single sale on ebay. He just ordered something. That one is not in our stock. So I ask them three more days to give same stone. But they found same picture of the stone on another platform and just made allegations on us. Then he just asking for refund we tried but there is server down and error in refund its not our fault.He just raise a dispute and made false allegations on us.
