We all make mistakes, but he rectified the matter, and actually sent out the replacement BEFORE he received the return. He's extremely honest. PS...There was no Scotch tape anywhere in the envelope. Thank goodness for that. I will never understand why a dealer in paper goods would use tape anywhere near a purchase. Thanks for the service.
