I connected the harness to my factory harness, plugged the yellow RCA cable to the camera input on my aftermarket stereo, and connected the red (+) and black (-) wires to the accessory and ground wire on my stereo. In order for the camera to work when I put it in reverse, I had to run a separate wire from the reverse trigger wire (blue) on my factory harness to the reverse wire on my aftermarket radio.
