Your company really packages the hitch well, and it's a good thing as the way FexEx beat the box to death. It is a wonder everything was there, and not bent up. It is pretty easy to install, but I would be recommend buying a burring tool, or use a file like I did to enlarge the larger hole in the frame. I highly recommend this company and product!
