Use in mostly marine boat, plumbing, electrical use applications. Each bolt is fully threaded 3/8" - 16 standard thread by 2.5" Length, Beveled countersunk slotted flat head apprrox .71" in diameter. These have some minor oxidation / discoloration or minor dirtiness from being stored in hardware bin racks in storage which will vary.
