    Communication was good, as was packaging and shipping. Unfortunately product was not working as described. I contacted seller with video and pics and spent approx. 3 hrs of my time plus materials to fix but seller refused to refund a reasonable amount (I requested $100 but seller would only refund $50). I am not satisfied with this and will not be returning to this seller.

    pump arrived brand new and shipped in a well packaged box with lots of bubble wrap to prevent shipping damage.due to tight clearances in my parts cleaner i modified the discharge of pump to adapt it to my parts washer. it works excellent and pump was about 1/2 the cost of a new factory pump. it works perfectly and saved me a lot of money.would recommend this seller to anyone shopping the products they have for sale !!!!!
