Perhaps you might think about actually stating, in the listing's title, that these 'books' are supplied on DVD, rather than belatedly mentioning it in the description. However, the issue I have is to do with the fact that there were only 2 of the 3 'books' supplied on the DVD I received. That is YOUR mistake. There's also a picture of a DVD in the images. 99% of buyers get the intended message, but every 6 months there's bound to be one that doesn't.For the future, if 3 printed books at £5.99 incl P&P seems like a too-good-to-be-true deal; it probably is!Thanks for pointing out the error; I'll send you a download of the missing item. Not a 'foolish error' BTW, just an honest one.
