This 'Dollice' adapter was bought to replace another brand, that was one of rare cases I've had of a too-snug adapter. If the camera mount is about to be scratched by an adapter, it's not worth it. This one was just fine, fully within spec.
It's hard to duplicate O.E.M. parts but I've had good luck with third party ones. I like that there are four screws holding the top plate. I do demand quality from adapters, of which I have many, for some expensive lenses.
