I deformed the case trying to figure out how to get it apart to get a new battery in it. Finally went to youtube to figure it out. Contacted seller and they offered no recourse for selling me a doa product. Product comes from Taiwan and takes awhile to arrive so be aware of that, if I would do it again I may consider just grabbing one from Amazon for quicker shipping and easier returns.
