- h***_ (68)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchasePlants came nicely packaged and were of good size and very healthy. I was a tad worried about them coming from so far away but that ended up being a non issue. Great experience
- y***o (1504)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseAll growing already!
- a***n (0)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseItem arrived with most of the leaves dead. Maybe due to conveyance. Otherwise it is healthy. I'm hoping that it is restored.
- e***c (25)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseTree arrived with 50–75% leaf loss and many detached leaves… clear signs of stress after nearly 4 weeks in USPS ground transit (seller’s choice). I asked how to help it recover and followed his soak-and-repot advice. He later said that voided the guarantee. He deflected concerns to USDA trimming and delays. Since it was ‘alive,’ he offered only a 99¢ refund on a $100 tree. While others may have had better luck, I felt misled and unsupported throughout.
