If you look right where my finger is you'll see a small crack, look down the DVD to the edge you'll see where the crack ends, it doesn't penetrate to the back of the DVD but it is there and the person who did it covered it with the label to hide it, it's in the same place on the other DVD as well, so I don't believe it happened in the shipping because it would have broken straight through, it wouldn't have stopped just on the surface, it plays ok for now, but I fear in time it will get worse.
