Ultimately, this part did not fit my blu-ray player, but I have to give them absolute credit for handling it promptly and efficiently. I did have to return it and they tried without success to locate the correct part for me. When that did not happen, they gladly gave me a full refund on the purchase. Cannot ask for better customer service than that!
