I live in CT and this came to me from Illinois in a small bubblemailer ( 7" x 5" ) and was charged $14.99 I did contact the seller to ask why so expensive. Response was they are still learning how to sell and ship on Ebay! Anyways, the brooch is nice, but the shipping took the fun out of getting a " bargain". Probably won't buy again from this seller, unless they " learn how to sell and ship ".
