    Goods received description a1 as described. Packaging was a bit over the top but actually protected the goods as postal service used was absolute nightmare tracking information was joke so fares eventually arranged for collection by myself from local post office after 10 days of waiting .was not impressed .the packaging as said looked like had been thrown about during delivery luckily no damage was made to the goods .A massive thanks to sue ryder shop for their part in the process .

    These are lovely shoes and we're packed well. Communication was very good as there were problems because the incorrect shoes were sent but this was resolved quickly. Its a shame that the size was wrongly described in the listing, however I decided to keep these although I was offered a partial refund.
