    As advertised. Good price. Good condition. USPS took a long time in delivery of this item. Tracking showed repeated exchanges in Orlando, and a round trip to Flagler, with delays of days. The shipping label looks fine and addresses clear as was the bar code. Only thing was box wrapped in black plastic bag may have looked suspicious but showed no damage or opening??????

    Seller stated in listing that item came with go no-go device for checking connections made by item. Did not come with one. I contacted seller several times with no reply. Finally the seller replied and said items are sold “as is” and can’t help. It did not say “as is” anywhere on the listing. Escalated to eBay and seller agreed to a return. What i wanted was just the go no-go device as stated in the listing. Shipped with torn cardboard. Poor seller. My first negative feedback since 2003.
